Who We Serve

One lead engine, built for however you work

Whether you're solo, running a team, or overseeing a brokerage, coverage and verification work the same way: exclusively yours.

Same engine, three ways to buy it

Campaigns, ISA verification, and territory exclusivity don't change based on who you are. What changes is how coverage is drawn, how many leads land per month, and who they land on.

Every LeadVergent plan runs the same pipeline: paid campaigns inside a territory only you hold, an Inside Sales Agent calling each response to confirm budget, timeline, and motivation, and an appointment booked onto a calendar. The difference between an individual agent, a team, and a brokerage isn't the quality of the lead. It's the shape of the container you pour it into.

Most agents already know which of the three they are. If you're between two of them (a solo agent about to add a buyer's agent, say, or a small brokerage that operates more like a team), the practical question is who the lead has to reach before it can be worked. That's the line that separates the three below.

You're an individual agent

Every lead that comes in is yours to work. Nobody else needs to see it, and there's no question of who follows up.

Plans are sized for one calendar: Basic covers three zip codes or counties at 2–3 leads a month, Standard covers five at 3–5, and Elite opens coverage up to zip codes, counties, or cities at 4–6 leads a month with live call transfers included. Referral fees run 15% on Basic and 10% on Standard and Elite, charged only when a deal closes.

You're running a team

Leads have to be assigned before they can be worked, and the bottleneck is distribution: who gets what, and how fast it reaches them.

Team plans are priced per team rather than per seat. Team Standard covers up to three agents at 2–4 leads per agent per month; Team Elite runs 3–5 leads per agent per month with coverage confirmed directly with you. Both include scheduled appointments and live call transfers, and one account manager handles the whole roster instead of each agent negotiating separately.

You're a brokerage

You're deciding whether to build lead generation in-house (ad spend, campaign management, and an ISA desk) or hand that function to someone else.

The brokerage arrangement is a coverage question more than a plan question. Territory is mapped across your agents so two of them aren't paying for the same area, verification standards stay identical from agent to agent, and the specifics are confirmed with your account manager rather than picked off the pricing page.

What stays the same regardless

One agent per territory on your plan tier. An Inside Sales Agent speaking to every prospect before delivery, confirming budget, financing, timeline, and property details rather than passing along a raw form fill. Appointments scheduled onto a calendar rather than dropped in an inbox as a task. Referral fees of 10–15% charged only on closed transactions, so leads that go nowhere cost nothing beyond the plan. A 60-day refund window on every tier, and no long-term contract holding you to a territory that isn't working.

If you're still not sure which fits, the fastest way to settle it is to tell us how many agents need leads and which areas you want covered. Coverage availability decides more of the answer than the plan names do.
