Agent Onboarding

Start your exclusive territory.

Complete this form to claim your plan. After submit you'll receive your E-sign documents within a few minutes.

This is the last form in the process. Everything below it (the agreement, the territory lock, the campaigns) runs off what you enter here, which is why the coverage and plan fields matter more than the rest. Nothing is charged on submit; the agreement comes first.

Set aside a few minutes and have your license number, MLS ID, and the zip codes or counties you want in front of you. If something is missing, submit anyway and fill the gap with your account manager rather than leaving the form half-finished.

Quick guide

What happens next

Fill this out accurately so we can lock your exclusive territory and send E-sign docs right away.

  1. 01

    Pick your plan

Choose the same plan you selected on Pricing: Basic, Standard, Elite, or a Team tier.

  2. 02

    Claim your area

Primary area is your main market. Add a secondary area if you cover neighboring zips.

  3. 03

    Set your radius

Select 10–20, 20–40, or 40–60 miles so we geo-lock campaigns to your territory.

  4. 04

    E-sign in minutes

After submit, watch your inbox for the E-sign document. It usually arrives within a few minutes.

Stage by Stage

What the form is actually asking for

Four stages, and what each one determines about how your account runs.

Stage 01

Identity and license

Name, contact number, email, license number, MLS ID, city, and state. The license number and MLS ID are how we confirm you're licensed in the market you're claiming, which is what makes a territory hold defensible when another agent asks for the same area.

If your MLS ID isn't in front of you, submit without it and send it to your account manager after. It won't hold up the rest of the setup.

Stage 02

Primary and secondary areas

Enter the zip, county, or city you want as your core market, then the radius band around it. Your plan sets how much ground you can claim: 3 zip codes or counties on Basic, 5 on Standard, and zip codes, counties, or cities on Elite.

The secondary area is optional. Leave it blank if you'd rather concentrate everything on one market instead of splitting campaign reach across two.

Stage 03

The radius bands, and what they trade

10–20 miles keeps campaigns tight around a market you know street by street. 20–40 widens reach where population is thinner. 40–60 is for rural and exurban coverage where a tight radius wouldn't surface enough active buyers and sellers.

A wider band covers more ground but spreads targeting across it. Your account manager can tell you which band agents in comparable markets tend to hold.

Stage 04

Plan, billing address, and notes

The plan dropdown carries over your Pricing selection and sets your monthly lead range and referral rate: 15% on Basic, 10% on Standard and Elite, charged only when a deal closes. The billing address is used for the agreement and invoicing.

Use the notes field for anything the form has no box for: a specific neighborhood, a buyer or seller emphasis, or team members who need to be named on the plan.

After You Submit

From submitted form to live campaigns

Six steps run between your submission and the first verified lead. You are only involved in one of them.

Once the E-sign documents come back, your territory is locked to your name and campaigns start running inside it. Nothing in that area gets sold to another agent on your tier.
01

Your submission is reviewed

We check the areas and radius you entered against what's currently held. Territories are one agent deep, so this step confirms nothing you've claimed overlaps an existing agent's coverage.

02

E-sign documents reach your inbox

Your agreement arrives by email, usually within a few minutes of submitting. It states the plan you selected, the territory you're claiming, the radius band, and the referral rate that applies on closed deals.

03

Your territory is locked

Once the documents are signed, your coverage area comes off the available list. From that point it isn't offered to another agent for the life of your plan, including agents at your own brokerage.

04

Campaigns go live in your area

Targeted campaigns start running inside the geography you locked. Responses route to our Inside Sales Agents rather than straight to you, which is where the verification work happens.

05

Verified leads and appointments start arriving

Each lead is called by an ISA to confirm budget, financing, timeline, and motivation before delivery, and appointments are scheduled onto your calendar. Elite and Team plans add live call transfers for prospects ready to talk immediately.

06

Your account manager stays on it

The same person handles volume questions, coverage changes, and anything that needs adjusting. Your 60-day refund window runs from here, and referral fees apply only to transactions that actually close.

If the area you entered isn't available

Because a territory belongs to one agent, an overlap gets caught in review rather than quietly shared. Your account manager contacts you before any agreement goes out and works through what's open nearby: adjacent zips, the neighboring county, or a different radius band that clears the conflict.

Nothing is signed and nothing is charged while that's being sorted out.

Changing your mind afterward

There is no long-term contract to unwind. Every plan carries a 60-day refund window, and referral fees of 10–15% apply only to deals that close, so a slow month costs you nothing beyond the plan itself.

Coverage changes go through the same account manager rather than a new signup. That includes a wider radius, an added secondary area, or more agents on a Team plan.
