Service Description
LeadVergent provides real estate lead generation, ISA verification, and appointment scheduling services to individual agents, teams, and brokerages under the plan selected at signup.
Territory Exclusivity
Coverage areas are assigned exclusively to one customer per plan tier for the duration of the applicable term, subject to the specific plan's terms.
Referral Fees
A referral fee, as specified by your plan, is due on closed transactions resulting from a lead delivered by LeadVergent.
