How It Works

From territory to closing table

A straightforward process built around verification and exclusivity, not volume.

No black box, no guessing where a lead came from. Four steps, start to finish, each one designed to remove a specific kind of wasted effort from your day.

1. Choose Your Territory

Pick your exclusive coverage area by zip code, city, or county. It's reserved for you alone, and no other agent on your plan tier shares it.

You stop competing with other agents for the same contact before the work even starts.

2. We Generate & Verify Leads

Targeted digital campaigns surface active buyers and sellers in your area. Our ISAs then contact each one to confirm budget, timeline, and motivation.

Every lead that reaches you has already had the qualifying conversation.

3. Appointments Land on Your Calendar

Verified leads are scheduled directly with you. Higher-tier plans include live call transfers for leads that are ready to talk right now.

Your calendar fills with conversations that are already primed to move forward.

4. You Close, We Stay Out of the Way

A referral fee is due only when a deal closes. Your dedicated account manager checks in to keep the pipeline moving.

No cost on leads that don't convert. You only pay for results.

Inside Each Phase

What's happening while you wait for the appointment

The four steps above are the shape of the process. This is the operational detail underneath them: what gets decided, what gets asked on the call, and when you actually get billed.

Phase 1

Campaign setup and territory lock

Onboarding starts with two decisions: where you want coverage and how wide. You name a primary area (your main market) and a secondary area if you regularly work neighboring zips, then set a servicing radius of 10–20, 20–40, or 40–60 miles. That radius is what campaigns are geo-locked to, so ad spend stays inside the ground you actually cover instead of leaking into markets you'd refer out anyway.

How the area is expressed depends on your plan. Basic covers three zip codes or counties, Standard covers five, and Elite opens it up to zip codes, counties, or cities. Before anything goes live we confirm the area isn't already claimed by another agent on your tier. That check is why territory availability is worth asking about before you pick a plan rather than after.

Once the area is confirmed, you receive an E-sign document by email and the territory is reserved for the life of the plan. Nothing runs until that's signed.

Phase 2

What the ISA actually confirms on the call

Campaign responses route to our Inside Sales Agent desk, not to your phone. The ISA's job on that first call is to establish whether there's a real transaction behind the form fill, and the qualification checklist differs depending on which side of the deal the prospect is on.

A contact we can't reach, or one who won't confirm these details, doesn't become a delivered lead. That's the filter, and it's why volume on every plan is measured in a handful of leads per month rather than hundreds of names.

Buyer qualification

  • Budget confirmation
  • Preferred areas
  • Bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Property type
  • Purchase timeframe
  • Financing status
  • Contact verification

Seller qualification

  • Property location
  • Estimated timeline
  • Property details
  • Reason for selling
  • Contact verification

Phase 3

The handoff to your calendar

When the qualifying call holds up, the ISA doesn't end it and send you a name to chase. Scheduling happens inside the same conversation, while the prospect is still on the line and still motivated. The appointment goes on your calendar with the verification notes attached, so you walk into the call already knowing the budget, the timeline, and what the prospect is looking for.

Elite and Team plans add live call transfers for prospects who are ready to talk immediately. Instead of booking a time, the ISA moves the call straight to you. On team plans the appointment lands on the calendar of the agent the lead is assigned to, which is why distribution is set up with your account manager during onboarding rather than negotiated lead by lead.

Phase 4

How billing works after a close

There are exactly two moments money changes hands. The first is your plan: $349 per year for Basic, $649 one-time for Standard, $849 one-time for Elite, $1,449 per year for Team Standard, or $2,249 per year for Team Elite. The second is a referral fee on a closed transaction: 15% on Basic, 10% on Standard and Elite.

Nothing is billed per lead. A verified lead that stalls, goes quiet, or decides not to move costs you nothing beyond the plan you already hold, which keeps the incentive on delivering leads that close rather than leads that fill a quota.

Every plan carries a 60-day refund window. If the leads aren't performing, that conversation goes to your dedicated account manager, the same person who handles coverage changes if you want to shift or widen your territory. There's no long-term contract holding you to an area that isn't producing.

Division of Labor

What we need from you, and what we handle

The short version: you decide where you want to work and show up to the conversations. Everything between the ad and the appointment is ours.

Step four is the only part you have to be in the room for. The campaign, the qualifying call, and the scheduling all happen before the conversation reaches you.

What we need from you

Five things, mostly at the start. None of them are ongoing marketing work.

  • Name your primary territory, an optional secondary area, and a servicing radius
  • Sign the E-sign onboarding document that reserves the territory
  • Keep real availability on your calendar so appointments land on open slots
  • Show up to the appointment and run your own listing or buyer consultation
  • Tell your account manager when coverage, volume, or agent count needs to change

What we handle

The campaign budget, the calling, and the scheduling all sit on our side of the line.

  • Fund and manage the digital campaigns running inside your geo-locked area
  • Take every campaign response at the ISA desk before it reaches you
  • Verify contact details, budget or property details, motivation, and timeline
  • Book the appointment on your calendar, or transfer the call live on Elite and Team plans
  • Hold your territory off the market for other agents on your tier
  • Handle account management, coverage changes, and refunds inside the 60-day window

You are not asked to fund ad spend separately, hire or manage an ISA, or chase a contact back down after a missed call. If a lead never converts, the only thing it costs you is the time you spent on the appointment. Referral fees apply on closed deals only.
